I met Evi over a cup of coffee. Actually, back up. We met the year previous at Mark’s Sister’s wedding. I knew I’d like Evi when she started to smile as she talked about Mark. She didn’t stop smiling. And her wedding day was no different; from her walking down the aisle, to them releasing balloons, to their first dance….she smiled.
