It’s the fall and with the fall comes beautiful scenery and breathtaking nature in all of it’s glory. What can be better than that, you ask? I’ll tell you: using this beauty as a backdrop for a wedding!

Picture this: you are off the beaten path, hours away from any city lights and busy streets and you are enjoying the calm, crisp breeze as you walk towards a Minnesotan lake and your forever Bae while your closest friends and family look on through teary eyes.

This was the setting of Alex and Christine’s amazingly, beautiful wedding. Gunflint Lodge in Minnesota, just a quick, 45 minute drive North of the shores of Lake Superior, provided the absolute best venue for such magazine-worthy images and memories. Everything from the cabins where the wedding party got ready, to the quaint reception hall and the s’mores around the fire to end the day were perfection. If I could do a wedding day all over again, it would be one like this. No guff. Just love.
